A Study to Test the Effect of TEV-48574 in Moderate to Severe Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease

The primary efficacy endpoint is response (yes or no) at week 14, where response in UC patients is defined as clinical remission and response in CD patients is defined as endoscopic response.
