In this study, we will be doing skin and blood tests on people with and without a history of eczema (atopic dermatitis). We will also do these tests on people with and without a history of using the eczema drug called Dupixent. We hope to discover new genes, proteins, and fats that might lead to eczema being more or less serious and eczema treatments working better or worse in certain people.
At each visit, you will meet with a study team member and fill out questionnaires about your eczema. We will also use tape and skin swabs to gently remove some of your skin cells. The study also involves blood draws, photographs of your eczema, vital signs, and an optional biopsy of your skin, for which you would receive extra compensation.
$45-95 per visit, plus $100-200 per optional biopsy, , Dermatological care of eczema, including the possibility of receiving Dupixent, a normally expensive biologic medication
