Motivations, Barriers and Other Factors that Faculty Encounter in their Multiple Roles as Clinical Educators

The purpose of this study is to explore the tension that exists for pediatric clinician educators expected to see patients, teach, and research. We are interested in what motivates them and how that has played a role in how they identify themselves professionally.
