Community-Engaged Open Data Work in the Research Triangle of North Carolina

The purpose of this study is to understand how governments with open data initiatives and open data intermediaries engage with the communities they serve. This study also aims to explore how individual community members and nonprofit organizations use or do not use open source data resources to support their missions.
