Prostate Cancer Outcomes: An International Registry to Improve Outcomes in Men with Advanced Prostate Cancer (IRONMAN)

The IRONMAN Registry investigators intend to create an international, population-based, prospective registry of minimum 5,000 men with advanced prostate cancer.

What will be asked of you

You will be asked to complete questions about your disease status, treatment, and experience every three months for a minimum of five years, or until consent is withdrawn. Most of the surveys can be completed online. Blood collections will occur at enrollment, year one visit, and/or during any change of treatments while enrolled on the study.

Total length of participation:
Minimum of 5 yrs or until consent is withdrawn.

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • Patient is willing and able to provide written informed consent (ICF) and HIPAA authorization for the release of personal health information.
  • Patient must be male 21 years of age and above.
  • Patient must have a documented diagnosis of prostate cancer.
  • Patient must have Metastatic hormone sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) or Castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) defined by the American Joint Committee on Cancer at diagnosis.

Not eligible if:

  • Patient had no prior or current non-prostate cancer treatment within the last two years.
