SAMURAI Study- Stereotactic radiation therapy with immune therapy for patients with Renal Cell Cancer

The purpose of this study is to compare the usual treatment of immune therapy alone to using radiation therapy with the usual treatment. The addition of radiation therapy to the usual treatment could stabilize your cancer or possibly cause it to shrink. This is a study for people with unresectable or metastatic renal cell cancer.
