The purpose of the study is to create a database of samples from participants with lupus to support future research on Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).
At visits, you and a member of the research team will review relevant medical (including medications and vaccines), personal, and social history. You will then go over clinician-reported outcomes with the research staff. This includes various questionnaires answered by you and your doctor. You will also fill out additional questionnaires such as surveys and check-box questions to identify patient-reported outcomes. Biological samples such as blood, urine, saliva, and/or stool samples will also be collected during the study and stored for further analysis.
You will receive $45 per visit for taking part in this study. You will also receive $20 per stool sample collected.
