The Legal Context of Online Political Advertising Disclosure

This thesis seeks to build on previous scholarship by identifying legal pressure points that will be significant in evaluating the constitutionality of legislative efforts to address online political advertising disclosure and, ultimately, creating a set of recommendations that legislators should consider in drafting legislation to regulate online political advertising disclosure.
