40/60/80 Rule on JUCO Baseball Transfers

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of the NCAA 40/60/80% rule on baseball community college student athletes who want to transfer to a Division I university. Focusing on challenging the barriers of 2-year to 4-year student-athletes can help the NCAA fulfill its mission to enhance the educational experience of the student-athlete.
