This is a study to learn more about effective treatments for non-small cell lung cancer. We want to compare how well different combinations of drugs work in treating this type of lung cancer. The drugs we are studying in this trial are capmatinib, osimertinib, and ramucirumab.
You will have lab draws and physical exams every 2 weeks while you're on treatment. You will be taking capmatinib and osimertinib pills by mouth every day. You will record each dose in a pill diary. You may or may not receive infusions of ramucirumab once every two weeks. You will continue to have scans to monitor your cancer every few months.
