A holistic ecological case study of an elite college soccer program

I am trying to develop a better understanding of what environmental factors influence the development of a college soccer player within the environment under investigation. My goal is to inform researchers and practitioners in how to create an environment that increases the effectiveness of the environment in maximizing a player's potential. This study assumes that certain environments are better in developing senior elite-level athletes than others. My goal is to identify practices that facilitate the development in the successful environment under investigation and help inform less successful programs how to increase the effectiveness of their environment.
