Dietary Supplement Safety Study

In this study, we are interviewing patients and health care providers about their opinions about the use and safety of dietary supplements. Because communication between patients and providers about dietary supplements is known to be poor, we are exploring new methods to collect dietary supplement information and ensure that it becomes part of the medical record.
