Transforming STEM Career Pathways: Examining a Multigenerational Mentorship Environment Designed to Advance STEM Persistence among Women of Color at Community Colleges

This project attempts to examine the effectiveness of the I CAN PERSIST (ICP) STEM Initiative-a culturally sustaining counterspace designed to promote STEM persistence among WoC at 2-year colleges using a multigenerational mentorship framework focused on wellbeing and thriving.
