Kidney Transplantation can be a very stressful time. We are doing this study to learn more about what factors help reduce the risk of depression, PTSD, memory changes, and other mental health disorders after a kidney transplant. We want to learn the role of different factors to help us anticipate who could benefit from extra support during and after a kidney transplant.
If you decide to take part in this study, you will complete a series of surveys, cognitive screens, and interviews before and after your transplant. We would get a small sample of the DNA that is already collected as part of your clinical care for further testing. No blood draws are required to take part.
$10 to $15 for each survey/interview completed
