Endospan TRIOMPHE Study for Aortic Disease

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the NEXUS™ Aortic Arch Stent Graft System for the endovascular treatment of thoracic aortic lesions involving the aortic arch including chronic dissections, aneurysms, penetrating aortic ulcers and intramural hematoma.
