Myelofibrosis Treatment Study

The purpose of this study is to learn more about the safety and effectiveness of the study drug (INCB057643) as monotherapy for participants with relapsed or refractory myelofibrosis.

  • 18 years ~ 99 years

What will be asked of you

This study aims to treat your cancer and closely resembles routine care that would be received regardless of participating on a research study. To participate on the study, you will frequently meet with a member of the study team in addition to your oncology care team. The study requires you to have fresh tissue biopsies at least two times and CT scans once every three months during your participation. The study involves blood collection for research purposes in addition to routine blood work as well as frequent EKG's and Echo's to monitor your heart function.

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are not pregnant or trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
  • You have a new diagnosis of Myelofibrosis or Other relapsed Advanced Myeloid Neoplasms including those that did not respond to a previous treatment.

Not eligible if:

  • You have severe complications of Leukemia
  • You have used another treatment in the last 14 -28 days
  • You have had a bone marrow transplant in the last three to six months
  • You have a history of a bleeding disorder for example a previous GI bleed. _
