To assess the safety, tolerability and manufacturing feasibility of Descartes-08 in patients with generalized Myasthenia Gravis

What will be asked of you

At each visit Vital signs will be taken and muscle testing will be completed. Some questionnaires will be completed. Study blood draw and Urinalysis will be done.
