Are You Picking Up What I'm Putting Down? How Sellers and Buyers on Secondhand and Resale Clothing Mobile Apps (mis)Communicate

I am looking at the information behaviors and exchange between buyers and sellers on secondhand and resale clothing mobile shopping applications and whether there is a miscommunication between buyers and sellers. This information exchange can influence how buyers consume information, and how sellers create it.
