The All of Us Research Program is a large research program. The goal is to help researchers understand more about why people get sick or stay healthy. People who join will give us information about their health, habits, and what it's like where they live. By looking for patterns, researchers may learn more about what affects people's health.
If you decide to join the All of Us Research Program, we will ask you to share different kinds of information. We will ask you basic information like your name and where you live, questions about your health, family, home, and work. If you have an electronic health record, we may ask for access. We might also ask you to give samples, like blood or urine. We also want to know if you will want information about your DNA.
All participants will receive a $25 gift card after completion of their visit. To complete the visit, participants must create an account, give consent, agree to share their electronic health records, decide whether they want information about their DNA, answer health surveys, have their physical measurements taken (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.), and give blood and urine samples, if asked.
Requirements for healthy volunteers are different than for those with a specific condition. If you are interested in becoming a healthy volunteer for this study, use the below categories to determine if you are able to participate.
