State Cancer Control Plan Study

The purpose of the study is to assess the extent to which rural populations and rural stakeholders are involved in cancer control plans across the country. Comprehensive Cancer Control (CCC) plans identify how an organization or coalition addresses the burden of cancer in its geographic area. Plans are specific to each state and based on data collected from residents. Plans are created with federal guidance and generally take the form of a blueprint for action.
