This study is comparing the effect of video game therapy versus standard physical therapy on outcomes for knee osteoarthritis patients.
You will be asked to complete 8 weeks of physical therapy; two 45-minute sessions in person with a physical therapist and one at-home session per week for the first 4 weeks and one 45-minute in person session with a physical therapist and two at-home sessions per week for the second 4 weeks. This study also involves a pre and post-test measuring pain scale scores, muscle strength, balance, and walking ability. There are also surveys and an interview to complete at the end of the study.
