Our team is seeking to bring RL@Carolina, the UNC Relational Leadership Institute, to resident physicians in the family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and medicine-pediatrics departments. We plan to study the impact that the relational leadership content has on their feelings of connectedness and teaming.
