Tisotumab Vedotin for Locally Advanced or Metastatic Disease in Solid Tumors

This is a study for people with colon, pancreatic, Squamous Non-small cell lung cancer, or Squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck. In this study, we want to find out if an investigational drug (Tisotumab Vedotin) is effective for people with solid tumors.

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)

North Carolina (Statewide)

What will be asked of you

You will be given the study drug through an infusion. You will be given test and procedures as part of the study to test the efficiency and safety of the drug.

Incentives

Gas and Travel Reimbursement

Total length of participation:
Until Disease Progression or voluntary withdrawal.

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have colon, pancreatic, Squamous NSCLC, or SCCHN cancer
  • You have a life expectancy of 3 months or more
  • You have had previous cancer treatment

Not eligible if:

  • You have an increased risk of bleeding
  • You have heart disease
  • You have had another cancer within the past 3 years
  • You have had major surgery within the past 4 weeks
  • You have active eye disease
