What will be asked of you

During the first session, you will sign the informed consent form and HIPPA form prior to any data collection. You will be provided with plenty of time to read documents and ask any/all questions. A neurologist and physical therapist, or physical therapy student, will then work with you to fill out questionnaires prior to the next session. In the second session, research staff will fit you with a wearable system. Over the course of two hours, you will be asked to perform approximately five sit-to-stand transfers, prepare and eat a meal, and walk around your house (this potentially includes navigation of different surfaces common to a home and stairs). You are also free to sit down or do anything common to your daily life for the remainder of the two hour session.
