Study on Principal-Teacher Trust in K-12 Schools

The purpose of the study is to speak with teachers to understand how their relationships with principals affects their reflections about whether to stay at or leave their current schools or the teaching profession. Specifically, the study focuses on whether teachers trust the principals at their schools, the actions they believe the principals take that build trust, and their feelings about how trust affects their career decision-making.
