The purpose of this study is to learn whether Dupixent (dupilumab) can help with the esophagus's function in adults with eosinophilic esophagitis.
At each visit, you will meet the study team at UNC's campus to receive the study drug or placebo injection. The assessments needed at each visit vary, but generally consist of: blood draws, physical exams, urine samples, ECG, vital signs, and questionnaires. There will also be study endoscopies and EndoFLIP procedures.
