Access to subspecialty care for children with chronic respiratory disorders in Eastern North Carolina

There are many challenges to getting the best medical care, for families of children with chronic breathing conditions like asthma or cystic fibrosis. Some of these challenges include insurance, finances, travel to clinics, or getting medications, but there may be others. This study will get input from many different stakeholders: parents of patients, nurses, doctors, and health policy experts here in North Carolina. We hope to use this information to design better health care systems to help these children and their families.
