A Study of NX-1607 in Adults With Advanced Cancer

In this study, we want to learn more about the safety and tolerability of a drug called NX-1607 in adult patients with advanced tumors. We want to see if this new drug may be able to slow the growth of your cancer.

Age & Gender

  • 18 years ~ 99 years
  • Male, Female, Gender Inclusive

Visit Availability

  • Standard business hours (M-F, 8-5)
  • Visits can be combined with regular clinical appointments

North Carolina (Statewide)

What will be asked of you

At each visit, you will be asked how you are feeling and any changes in health since the previous visit. Throughout the study, safety assessments will be conducted to ensure your safety in the study.

Gas and Travel Reimbursement

Total length of participation:
4 year or until disease progression

Looking for Specific Volunteers

Able to participate:

  • You have a confirmed tumor that is metastatic or unresectable
  • You have a tumor that can be biopsied with minimal risk
  • You have good organ and bone marrow function

Not eligible if:

  • You have active untreated brain metastases
  • You are not able to swallow pills
  • You were vaccinated with a live vaccine within 28 days
  • You are HIV positive
  • You have had major surgery within the past 4 weeks.
