Implementation Capacity for Triple P in North and South Carolina

The primary purpose of this project is not research, but to build capacity through implementation science and support, and to use the naturally occurring scale-up of Triple P in NC and SC to generate insights about (1) organizational and system readiness, implementation capacities, and practices to support the successful and sustainable scale-up of evidence-based strategies like Triple P; (2) organizational capacities and practices to provide statewide intermediary supports for the successful and sustainable scale-up of evidence-based strategies like Triple P; (3) the feasibility, acceptability, appropriateness, and perceived utility of implementation processes and strategies to promote scale-up; and (4) the feasibility of measuring factors related to implementation and scale-up.
