This study explores the role of emotional and cultural intelligence in enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within organizations. This study proposes conducting in-depth interviews with communications and DEI professionals to refine a training slide deck that could be used in organizations to increase awareness about emotional intelligence and its importance to organizational culture.
