Individual Perceptions and Responses to Moderation, Blurring, and Contradiction

The purpose of this study is to investigate how individuals perceive and differentiate between moderation, blurring, and contradiction in the issue appeals of political candidates and parties. This will contribute to our understanding of voter behavior and test basic premises of party strategy.
