Social, mental and emotional impact of ostomy in young adults

We want to learn how an ostomy impacts young adults psychologically and socially. We want to determine how different factors influence their perceived ability to manage social situations related to their condition. Our goal is to generate new information that healthcare providers can use to better support the needs of young adults with ostomies.
