Breathing and Brain Waves

The purpose of this study is to find out if and how breathing is associated with brain activity. If we find a relationship between breathing and brain activity, we will do future studies to see how targeted breathing exercises could be used for disorders like panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and chronic pain.
