Self-Compassion for Children and Caregivers

To test the feasibility and acceptability of a program to help caregivers and their 8-11 year old child learn skills to manage difficult feelings (like sadness and worry) using self-compassion. To test if this program helps caregivers and children feel less anxious, depressed, stressed and closer to one another.
