We're exploring how a special protein supplement called β-hydroxy-methyl-butyrate (HMB for short) could improve mobility in older adults with weakness. It involves just five in-person visits over 12 weeks.

If you are a woman experiencing discomfort during pessary exams, you may be able to take part in our research study. We are seeing if massaging the area around the opening of the vagina (perineal massage) could help lessen pain during pessary exams. Compensation provided.
