We are conducting a survey of nurse practitioners and physician's assistants that will assess their knowledge and attitudes regarding antibiotic prescribing and antibiotic resistance.
The purpose of this research study is to learn about the resources parents use and challenges that parents face when trying to visit their infant in the NICU. When parents can spend time with their infants in the hospital, it is good for infant development and parent health. We want to learn what challenges parents face and how they can be helped when visiting their infants by interviewing parents about their experiences.

The purpose of this research study is to learn more about Barrett's Esophagus and esophageal cancer by collecting data and samples (blood and tissue) for a biorepository. A biorepository is a large bank of specimens and data that are stored indefinitely and may be shared with other researchers.
