This project is about studying how certain encouragements related to the environment can affect the healthy food choices people make. We want to find out if these encouragements can help people select healthier food options. Other studies haven't looked into this yet, so this small study will be the first step to help plan bigger studies in the future. We are also interested in understanding how food is wasted by young adults and what prevents wasted food. We will compare college students and non-college students to see if there are any differences. This information will help us create ways to help young adults waste less food, especially those in college.
