This study has 2 purposes: to assess the immediate safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of leniolisib in pediatric patients (aged 1 to 6 years) with activated phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta (PI3Kd) syndrome (APDS). This study examines how Christian beliefs and mission work influence gender roles in current Rwandan development programs.
