The purpose of this research is to identify genetic and other patient factors that influence the ability of the medication clopidogrel (also known as Plavix) to block activation of platelets. This knowledge will help doctors identify patients who may not have a good response to clopidogrel.

The purpose of this study is to follow patients who were diagnosed with HIV-1 infection during this acute infection stage to look at clinical and laboratory markers of HIV infection, over time. Individuals joining this study may or may not be on treatment for their HIV. No treatment is provided in this study. Participants may be asked to provide blood samples on this study.
The study wants to understand adult long COVID patients' experiences of physical and mental health symptoms over 1 year and also the impact that living with the long COVID condition has on school and work and being able to carry out activities of living each day over 1 year. Also, the study wants to understand whether there are certain markers in the blood, behaviors people carry out, or pieces of information like age, race, or sex which are related to experience of these symptoms mentioned above or the impact on school/work or other activities of normal life. This information can help researchers know how to help long COVID patients with treatments or other services to improve their health and lives.
The purpose of this study is to understand more about nutrition in older adults (i.e. adults who are 65 years and older) with type 1 diabetes. Older adults with type 1 diabetes have been managing their diabetes for a long time and have adapted different ways to do so. A fundamental part of diabetes management is diet and nutrition. This study aims to understand dietary practices, routines, and challenges faced by older adults with type 1 diabetes.
The main purpose of this clinical research study is to assess the safety, tolerability, efficacy (the ability of the study drug to produce the desired anti cancer effect), PK] and PD of GHF009X2101 the study drug in patients with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies including AML, CLL, SLL or other lymphomas [including other leukemia].
Aim 1: Deploy and evaluate our implementation facilitation program and toolkit on implementation success of infusion clinics in nine sites using the RE-AIM framework. Aim 2: Evaluate the impact of implementation of infusion clinics on secondary patient outcomes including time to first dose of parenteral pain medications, rate of hospitalizations, and patient satisfaction with pain management.
