In this research study, we want to learn more about the V940 (mRNA-4157) vaccine given in combination with pembrolizumab (V940 plus pembro) in people who have surgery to remove their melanoma. This trial will compare V940 plus pembro given after surgery to a placebo plus pembrolizumab given after surgery.
Have you been diagnosed with high-risk Melanoma skin cancer? Are you now melanoma free after surgery? If so, you may be able to take part in this research study. This study will compare a new combination of drug (Fianlimab and cemiplimab) with another standard drug (pembrolizumab). This will allow the study team to understand the side effects of the treatment, how they work and if they improve the quality of life.

The purpose of this study is to test good and bad effects of different drugs against metastatic brain tumors with altered genes. This trial is trying to see if tumor genetic testing would be helpful at guiding treatment in patients such as you. Researchers have looked at the DNA material (genes) that can be affected in brain metastases and have found several genes that are altered, or mutated. There are medications that target these genes. We are doing this study because we want to find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for your metastatic cancer. The usual approach is defined as care most people get for your metastatic cancer.
