The purpose of this study is to implant abnormal human parathyroid glands into mice to be used to test agents that might allow better imaging of parathyroid glands. This may improve the surgery that is sometimes required for abnormal parathyroid glands.

To understand how rural community pharmacies are impacted by and responding to COVID-19.

To increase access to Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) across North Carolina. HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) medication has been proven to be effective at preventing HIV infection when taken as prescribed. Even though PrEP has been shown to be effective, not all health care settings currently offer PrEP to their patients. Part of the reason for this is that there are not enough health care providers who prescribe PrEP, and, some people have difficulty getting the cost of PrEP and PrEP care covered. The purpose of this study is to test new ways to increase access to PrEP for people in North Carolina. The intervention will test whether providing access to resources related to PrEP care at health department sexually transmitted infection (STI) clinics will increase the number of people who start using PrEP.

This is a clinical research study to learn more about a drug being developed to treat Hidradenitis Suppurativa. The study drug is called 'Povorcitinib.' We want to learn more about how this study drug affects those with Hidradenitis Suppurativa.

The purpose of this research study is to better understand the predictors of the activities that people like to do after work. Using this information, we hope to determine factors that may improve individual's well-being in their personal lives.

This study is intended to understand the burdens of the liver transplant process on patients with liver disease and on their caregivers. We will be determining burdens across the following areas: financial, work productivity, quality of life, and caregiver stress. We hope to better understand patient experiences during this process to optimize their care in the future.
