More and more men are choosing active surveillance as a treatment method for low-risk prostate cancer. However, there is so much variation in active surveillance follow-up care. This study is to explore factors at multiple levels that influence follow-up care for low-risk prostate cancer patients who are on active surveillance.
Forces driven by global climate change, coupled with human development have resulted in increased flooding and deteriorating water quality in Nags Head, NC and other barrier island communities because of repeated interactions between surface/groundwater and septic tank systems.
