A social network for clinical trials

HELPING THE PUBLIC

Reading about clinical trials is one thing.

Getting involved as a participant or consumer representative on a research team can be altogether different.

Our online community is here to support you before, during or after a clinical trial, or as member of the public working with researchers to improve trials and treatments.

What’s in it for you ?

  • Learn about and be exposed to opportunities to help yourself, and others.
  • Connect with people to ask questions about trials, and share experiences with.
  • Access to shared resources specific to your group interests.
  • Contribute to shaping the research priorities and treatments of the future, and improving trials for future participants;
  • Get involved and be rewarded or earn donation dollars for your favourite research charity – only available to community members.

You no longer have to figure out clinical trials on your own.

FIND TRIALS

We know how hard it can be to look for trials. Let us show you how you can find trials. If you want the personal touch, call us and we will talk through our personal trial search service with you.

KNOWLEDGE CENTRE

Get empowered with the knowledge of what clinical trials are all about. Visit our Knowledge Centre for commonly asked questions regarding clinical trials.

If you don’t find the answers you need there, then join our community and tap into the wisdom of its members. It’s free!

OUTREACH

Check out our events page for opportunities to connect with us, public events to learn more about trials or connect with our community, training to empower people and researchers to work together.

OPPORTUNITIES TO GET INVOLVED

No matter where you are on your clinical trial journey, even if you haven’t participated in a trial, there are ways you can get involved to improve clinical trials. You will need to join as a member to fully access the opportunities available.

SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE

We would like to know your opinions and experiences on a range of issues relating to clinical trials.

Complete our surveys or share with us your own diaries, stories, blogs, videos about clinical trials for others to learn from.

HELPING RESEARCH PROFESSIONALS AND ORGANISATIONS

Everyone is talking about patient engagement in clinical trials, but as research professionals and organisations running trials, you know it is easier said than done.

Research4Me wants to be your partner in exploring and helping you to involve the public and patients in your trial and clinical development processes.

Contact us for more information on the services we provide to:

  • help you connect, learn from and share best practices with other research professionals;
  • assess and improve the experience for your current and future trial participants;
  • connect with patients to improve your trial design, conduct, recruitment and retention, reporting and translation into practice.

HELPING CONSUMER GROUPS

We know that there are many patient support groups and non-profit medical research-focussed charities that would love to be able to support their members with more information on clinical trials, but really don’t have the resources to do that well.

Research4Me offers such groups the opportunity to leverage our resources to  support their members and supporters with information about research, enabling them to save their resources for areas they are most specialised for. In return for helping us build the community, we can offer you a channel to raise donation dollars and other benefits.

We are working for a win-win for the public, our supporting partners, and those running trials, and believe collaboration will help achieve that.  Please contact us today for a discussion of your organisation’s needs and how we might be able to partner to support each other.
