Getting greater public and patient involvement in health and medical research is the talk of the town. But do we have both the consumer worksforce or research workforce willing, ready and skilled to work with each other?
To address this skills gap, we are kicking off in March online webinars to help upskill consumers and research professionals to work together, covering topics around medical research process, clinical trials, therapeutics development, consumer engagement/involvement and those personal skills you need to work effectively in diverse teams.
We’ve put together a list of potential topics, and are looking to you for validation of the one’s that most interest you and would help to upskill you in this area, and well as the training suggestions you think we might have missed.
As a health consumer, or research/industry professiona, what are you are interested in learning about, and what time/day could you typically attend online training? If you can spare 2-10 minutes (depending how quickly you read/type and how much you have to say), we’d really appreciate your feedback so the program we hope to kick off in March meets your needs.
Thanks in advance if you complete the survey, and if you do, expect a pleasant surprise from us the first time you enrol in any paid training we might offer.
