We are developing training materials to help community pharmacists talk with people about suicide prevention. Your input will help us understand what might make people feel more comfortable speaking to pharmacists when they are experiencing a crisis or approaching a pharmacist if they needed to talk to someone about suicide. The study is seeking to understand how Eastern North Carolinians use social media to prepare for natural disasters, such as hurricanes or flooding. The study will inquire about your evacuation decision making and how this process is influenced by social media. The data for the study is being collected through an online survey and semi-structured interviews.
