(1) Service Evaluation: A quantitative analysis of service trends using the program's data from ~800 SH-ATP clients. (2) Implementation Evaluation: The development and pilot testing of an instrument concerning program implementation with SH-ATP staff to examine how SH-ATP staff members' frontline work contributes to client outcomes. (3) Outcome Evaluation: A preliminary evaluation focused on gathering client outcome data using survey methods with active SH-ATP clients.
