The purpose of the current Phase 3 study is to confirm the effectiveness and safety of batoclimab in participants with generalized Myasthenia Gravis in 2 different doses of batoclimab compared to placebo.
Are you the parent of a child with extreme picky eating or avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID)? Are you an adult (18+) who has ARFID? If so, you might be eligible to participate in a research study examining the environmental and genetic factors associated with developing ARFID. Compensation is provided.
Have you taken a GLP-1 agonist drug such as semaglutide for weight loss? You may be able to participate in a research study to find out if taking GLP-1 agonist drugs such as semaglutide have any effect on physical function or quality of life.
Have you had depression for at least 3 months? If your depression has not improved with two antidepressants, you may be able to take part in a research study to learn more about psilocybin-assisted therapy.
Do you have glioblastoma? Has your cancer either come back or did not improve after the treatments you received? If so, you may be eligible to participate in this gene therapy research study that wants to learn if a new way to modify your immune cells for use as possible treatment is safe and at what dose.
Do you suffer from depression? If so, you may be eligible for a study that provides a brief single session of psychotherapy. This session will provide strategies for managing your depression and may be combined with non-invasive brain stimulation. We are also recording electrical brain activity during a decision-making task. Compensation provided.
Do you have a type of cancer known as Nonseminmatous Germ Cell Tumor (NSGCT)? Has your cancer come back, or not get better with the last treatment you received? If so, you may be able to participate in a gene therapy study to see if we can use your body's own immune cells as a treatment for your NSGCT.
Are you a current or former smoker who is 50 years or older? You may be able to take part in a research study about lung cancer screening.
Are you interested in how changes in shoes and footwear can be used to make improvements to day-to-day life? You may be able to participate in a research study to quantify the biomechanical effects of different footwear on walking. Compensation provided.
Being able to understand and measure communication development in young children is critical. Our team is adapting a tool to measure communication in young children with autism. If you have a young child (under 5 years old) with a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of autism, you may be able to participate in this study. Compensation provided.
