We are looking for people who are between the ages of 30-70 to join a national health study to help us better understand the impact of chronic health conditions on people living with HIV. Both people living with HIV and people without HIV are invited to take part.
Atrasentan is an investigational drug. That means it has not yet been approved by the FDA as a medicine. Researchers want to find out if taking atrasentan along with a drug called an SGLT2 inhibitor is safe and helps people with IgA nephropathy.
Have you been diagnosed with HER2 positive (HER2+) breast cancer and have recently or plan to undergo surgery? If so, you may be able to take part in a research study looking at the safety of giving two drugs trastuzumab and pertuzumab in combination with hormonal therapy after surgery for your breast cancer.

During puberty, adolescents grow and change a lot which may make life seem more stressful and emotional. Male and female adolescents experience the changes associated with puberty differently, possibly because of different responses to changes in hormones, including testosterone and estrogen. We are interested in learning more about the role of these hormones in regulating emotional processing and mood symptoms, and whether a mobile training program can help improve mood during the pubertal transition. Participation is 8 weeks with two monthly follow-up surveys. Compensation provided.
We are seeking autistic adults (ages 18+) to take part in a new community service program. During the program, you will be connected with a local community service organization and have the opportunity to volunteer and give feedback on your experience.
We are conducting a research study to use graded exposure and mobile mindfulness meditation to address clinical outcomes in individuals 1- to 5- years post-ACLR. This will help develop effective treatments to improve outcomes after ACLR. This study will last 5 weeks. Compensation provided.

This study is being done to see if the study drug, called BI 764198, may help people with a type of kidney disease called focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (abbreviated FSGS). Researchers are trying to figure out if the study drug can reduce the amount of protein in your urine, also known as "proteinuria".
